[AWIPS #XBA-470351]: Help with AWIPS EDEX data server

Hi Arunas,

For the individual files, you have to have your own EDEX server and be pointing
Cave to that.  Then you should just be able to drop the files into the 
/awips2/edex/data/manual directory and they should become available in Cave.
I sent some more detailed instructions on a previous reply to this email chain
dated September 17th.
