[AWIPS #NER-118884]: Windows Version Failing to Load

Hi Jacob,

Could you send me either a screenshot or copy and paste the contents of the 
"Path" 
system variable on your machine?
I believe the problem could be which version of Java that Cave is using when it 
runs.
