[AWIPS #FLG-528473]: Mac CAVE client version 17.1.1-6 not plotting well

Hi Chris,

This is a known problem on some Mac machines, I believe it happens on machines 
with AMD graphics devices, while Intel and NVIDIA graphics devices seem to 
render the SVG plot models correctly.

Cn you tell me what graphics device you have?
