[AWIPS #CZX-735454]: Awips2 ldm/edexBridge question

I've encountered this before and the workaround has been to reduce the number 
of incoming products, but that only addressed the symptom of the problem.

Version 16.1.1 has to be the NWS release, since Unidata releases incremented 
from 15.1.3 to 16.1.5.   But I understand the edexBridge/LDM issue is not 
specific to NWS AWIPS, and we do support both LDM and AWIPS.  edexBridge and 
how it is used by the LDM is a Raytheon contribution, so I am not the original 
developer, and struggle to understand how it runs, same as you.

I'm taking a look at this today and will let you know what I find.
