Since I don't have access to conduit, I'm not sure I can test on the right
GFS grids. I have tested WXP on the 0.5 degree GFS grids in the past and I
believe everything worked. But maybe I need to test this again.
I'm assuming the source for conduit is:
ftp://tgftp.nws.noaa.gov/SL.us008001/ST.opnl/MT.gfs_CY.12/RD.20130318/PT.grid_DF.gr2/
