I believe has to do with the GOES-R plugin descriptions for L2. I think you
will find it at
/awips2/edex/data/utility/common_static/base/satellite/goesr/descriptions/Level2.


I don't recall if it is CMIPCommonDescription.xml or another file in that
folder, but the pattern needs to match the file.
