The THREDDS Data Server version 4.2.4 was made available as the stable release on February 22, 2011. This version is recommended for all users, including production servers. The latest update can be downloaded at https://www.unidata.ucar.edu/downloads/thredds.
Version 4.2.4 includes the following changes:
- featureCollection extended to point data
- ncISO included in distribution (thanks to Dave Neufeld and Ted Habermann, NOAA/NGDC)
- Added projection EPSG:3857 (used by GoogleMaps) to default CRS list used in WMS GetCapabilities documents
- Various other bug fixes
