[netCDF #OPC-662231]: netCDF 'make check' failed on AIX machine

This is not normal...

I wonder if you could get the netCDF-4 snapshot distribution and try it? Lots
of changes have taken place in ncdump since the netCDF-beta1 release.

Email if this error occurs with the snapshot.
