[netCDF #QIT-797928]: Notes on netCDF installation

Thanks, I have added your suggestions to the configure, though I'm not sure I 
should be encoding that much ifort specific information into the configure...

But what the heck, why not? ;-)

It would very much help if you could check to see if this builds smoothly for 
you. Get it here:
