[netCDF #IZU-330541]: netcdf-support

Hi Paolo,

If you use gcc for the C compiler and pgf90 for the Fortran compiler, you need 
to define the following environment variable before runing the configure script 
(after "make clean"):

  CPPFLAGS=-DpgiFortran

Alternatively, you could use pgcc instead of gcc with pgf90 by specifying 

  CC=pgcc
