No other users have reported problems downloading and uncompressing this
file, although it's been downloaded 259 times so far this month, and 32
times just yesterday and today. Make sure you are FTP'ing the file in
binary mode, since it is a binary file.

Are you using a vendor's version of "uncompress" or "zcat" to uncompress
the file? I've just tried the "uncompress" under Solaris 2.5 and it seems
to work fine, converting the 1205948 compressed file to a 3450880
uncompressed tar file. You should also be able to use the GNU "gunzip"
program on the compressed file as well; I've just verified that that works.

If this doesn't help, let us know. We could make the uncompressed tar file
available for a short time via FTP, if necessary.
