20000209: Model grid point plots

Greg,

You can use GDMAP, with the marker attributes set to the desired
style, color, etc, and COLORS=0 so that the data values aren't plotted.

An example of this for various grid projections is shown at:
http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/packages/gempak/examples/models/grids/
