[CONDUIT #ZDP-578360]: Will UIllinois be capable of relaying 0.25 degree GFS data in CONDUIT?

We will be happy to send the requests to NCEP to add your new machine to
the set that are ALLOWed to REQUEST the test CONDUIT feed in full (the
test feed contains the 0.25 degree GFS in addition to everything else
currently in CONDUIT).  Just let us know, and we will make the contact
for you.  All we will need is the fully qualified machine name and IP
address of your new machine so that NCEP can adjust their firewalls
and LDM ldmd.conf file.
