[AWIPS #HJX-972866]: AWIPS Proxy

We are not NOAA and don't support any NOAA distributions of AWIPS.
You'll have to contact someone at NOAA to answer questions about their AWIPS.

If you want to use our AWIPS, you can download CAVE here:
http://unidata.github.io/awips2/install/install-cave/
And then point to our public EDEX server: edex-cloud.unidata.ucar.edu
