[eLearning #CEH-998935]: AWIPS not working

I'm glad you took some steps to troubleshoot, thanks for letting us know.  For 
future reference, you 
should always be going to our main documentation page to install CAVE:
https://unidata.github.io/awips2/install/install-cave/#windows

This would have alleviated your problem, because last week we put out a new 
production release of 
AWIPS, and the edex-beta.unidata.ucar.edu server is no longer active.

If you install the latest version of CAVE, and point to the default dropdown 
selection, our production
server edex-cloud.unidata.ucar.edu, then everything should work properly.
