Hmmm.... Could you please also try removing the anaconda directory from your
path, stopping
CAVE, clearing caveData
(https://unidata.github.io/awips2/appendix/common-problems/#windows)
and restarting once more.
If the same behavior persists, can you please send me another shot of AlertViz
like you did
in the first email?
