[THREDDS #ZKB-407313]: THREDDS set-up help



Greetings Brooks,

Does the user running tomcat have permission to write to the thredds content
directory as defined by the java system property in tomcat's setenv.sh:

-Dtds.content.root.path=<path_to_dir>
