Hi Alex, > Is there a way to make THREADDS "pick up" a catalog without re-starting > the server? Two possible methods: 1) Stop and restart the TDS web application. How this is done depends on the type of web app server you are using. With Tomcat, you can use the manager app. 2) If you have "Remote Management" configured, you can go to the TDS admin page http://your.server/thredds/admin/debug and click on the "Reinitialize" link. This will reload all your configuration catalogs. There is information on setting up TDS Remote Management at http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/projects/THREDDS/tech/reference/RemoteManagement.html which can be found from the TDS reference document http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/projects/THREDDS/tech/tds4.0/reference/ Hope that helps, Ethan > Alex Jaramillo > Cyber infrastructure > Center for Coastal Margin Observation > and Prediction / NANOOS Ticket Details =================== Ticket ID: NEH-854251 Department: Support THREDDS Priority: Normal Status: Closed
