OK. We understood the change from Jay's email, but we didn't know
the time line.

Given the change on sbn2 (upgrade OS to RHEL 7.8, no DISA STIG), it would
be a good test to direct connect a Novra S300N to it instead of/in addition
to sbn1.

What I would most like to see is:
- summary of total number of Gap messages and associated missed frames
for each channel being ingested/processed
- a breakdown of the Gap messages per channel
This would be to see if the problems particular to the data coming in
on port 1208 continue or are more like the other channels/PIDs/ports
