[netCDF #JDH-711335]: problem installing netcdf-C-4.9.0



Hello,

It looks like the issue is related to the difference in NaN and Infinite 
representation in the intel compilers versus the gnu compilers.  This is a 
known issue that we are investigating how to work around; it should be safe to 
ignore.
