[netCDF #HGN-794050]: Help with NetCDF file with Lat/Lon as variables, not as cordinates!

Unfortunately, I do not have any knowledge of geotif and so do not understand 
what the process would be or why the issue you described is an issue.  A quick 
Google search for 'Convert netCDF to GeoTiff' turned up a number of solutions, 
but I do not have the context to understand which, if any, of these solutions 
might work, or if there is something specific to the file you are working with 
that would prevent these solutions from working.

I'm sorry I can't provide a more immediately helpful solution, but hopefully 
this will get you started in the right direction,
