[netCDF #TOQ-581552]: libtool error

Hello,

The libtool warning doesn't appear to be causing the error; rather, we're
seeing this:

../libtool: line 154: CDPATH: command not found

My assumption is that you are running a script, and the script has an error.
Instead of defining and using an environmental variable, 'CDPATH', it is
incorrectly passing the variable as a command. This script does not appear to
be part of the netCDF package, so you may need to contact the maintainers of
the software you are trying to install that relies on libnetcdf.

I'm sorry I can't provide more immediately useful directions, but hopefully
this will help point you in the right direction.

have a great day,

-Ward
