[netCDF #RKA-988086]: NetCDF fortran Installation Error

Hello,

It appears that you are trying to install the current development branch, have 
you tried installing the latest release (available from 
https://github.com/Unidata/netcdf-fortran/releases)?  Try installing netCDF 
Fortran 4.5.2 and let me know if you see the same issue.
