[netCDF #ZLM-951556]: netcdf codes

I'm afraid we don't have any tools to do this conversion for you, nor do we 
maintain the R package for reading/writing netCDF with R.  You might want to 
contact the R NetCDF maintainer and see if they can provide any assistance with 
this.
