[netCDF #UZB-984131]: Using NetCDF on Windows

Hello Yoldas,

Our pre-built binaries are available at:

* http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/software/netcdf/docs/winbin.html

Note that they are built using Visual Studio 2013; I am not certain if they are
compatible with the VS2015 runtime. If not, please let me know and we'll work
something out.

I'll be releasing a new version. 4.4.1-rc1, later today. Those will be
available from http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/software/netcdf/docs_rc/winbin.html
(currently showing the last release candidate, 4.4.0-rc5). You may want to
hold off and use those, as 4.4.1 includes a large number of bug fixes from
4.4.0.

I hope this helps; as I said, if the binaries available do not work for you,
let me know and I can help get a version that will.

Have a great day,

-Ward
