[netCDF #BXZ-703136]: Issue running 'make check' while installing netcdf-fortran-4.4.2

Hello Daniel,

For some reason, it is losing the preceding '/' character in front of
'/usr/local' and is treating it like a relative path instead of an absolute
path. Can you provide the config.log file generated when you run `configure`?
That contains diagnostic information that may shed some light on this.

Thanks!
