Yes, in the pub/netcdf/old directory of anonymous FTP:

machine:   ftp.unidata.ucar.edu
user:      anonymous
pass:      address@hidden
directory: pub/netcdf/old
file:      netcdf-3.5.1.tar.Z

We think you would be better off in the long run getting the current
netCDF release to work, however.
