[LDM #BSF-129906]: ldmd.conf question

Ok. I *think* the problem is this: your /etc/host.conf file doesn't specify an 
order for resolving a host name so the default order is used, which is named(8) 
and then /etc/hosts. You're not running named(8), however, and /etc/hosts 
doesn't have a relevant entry -- so the gethostbyname(3) system-call in the LDM 
can't get the IP address.

dig(1), which works, uses the file /etc/resolv.conf. Would you please send me 
that file.
