[LDM #WNK-727045]: Questions about LDM tools and their output

Instead of echoing the exit status, use the "ldmadmin isrunning" command this 
way:

    ldmadmin isrunning && echo yes

or

    ldmadmin isrunning || echo no

or

    if ldmadmin isrunning; then
        ...
    else
        ...
    fi

The LDM can take a little while to stop. Did the "stop" and "isrunning" 
commands execute concurrently?
