[LDM #EAQ-733441]: notifyme utility

Erik,

The messages are the standard ones from notifyme(1). None of them are error
messages.

> {{ANY,"^(JSMT7[0-9].KWNH)(.*)"}}

Basically, a start-up message about how notifyme(1) was invoked.

> 20161108T172058.069907Z notifyme[28978] INFO error.c:236:err_log() Resolving
> localhost to 127.0.0.1 took 7.3e-05 seconds

An informational message (due to the "-v" option) about how long it took to
convert the hostname into an IP address.

> 20161108T172058.072620Z notifyme[28978] NOTE ldm5_clnt.c:301:forn_signon()
> NOTIFYME(localhost): reclass: 20161108161819.469600 TS_ENDT {{WMO,
> "^(JSMT7[0-9].KWNH)(.*)"}}

A notification that the upstream LDM to which the notifyme(1) connected wouldn't
allow the original request for data-product metadata. Note that "ANY" became
"WMO".

> 20161108T172058.073102Z notifyme[28978] NOTE ldm5_clnt.c:294:forn_signon()
> NOTIFYME(localhost): OK

A notification that the adjusted request for data-product metadata has been
accepted by the upstream LDM.

Regards,
Steve Emmerson
