[IDV #IRU-115941]: IDV hangs on macOS Ventura

Hi Dave,

You are the first user to report this problem with Ventura, I am running the 
older
version, I will try to find anyone near me to see if they can reproduce your 
problem.

In the meantime, check the .unidata/idv/DefaultIdv folder to see any 
unreasonably big
file there.
