[IDV #RGO-763534]: Thumbnail doesn't come along with RAMADDA publish from IDV

Hi Brian,

I have the nightly release available with the fix and dart mode support.

Somehow, I accidentally turned off the publisher interface when capturing an 
image.

For the dark mode support, under Edit > Preferences > General, there is a 
selection of Appearance radio buttons. After making
the selection and restart of the IDV, you will see the change of Dark mode and 
Light mode, both work well for the dark mode of Mac.  

Let me know what your experiences are.
