[IDV #ISV-470955]: Access to OPENARCHIVE.SSEC.WISC.EDU

Has your computer's IP address changed?

For example, I registered my UCAR ethernet IP address, so if I try to access 
openarchive.ssec.wisc.edu via the IDV software on the UCAR wireless network I 
get the user ID and project # dialog.
