[IDV #UMJ-789111]: NEXRAD data issues

John made some changes there this morning and caused the motherlode not working 
correctly. At this moment you can
switch to lead machine until we get it fixed: 
http://lead.unidata.ucar.edu:8080/thredds/radarServer/catalog.xml
