[IDV #DDG-356020]: Question about Winspeed volume Rendering 3D

This is usually an issue with the graphic card not supporting the texture 
rendering.  In the Volume Rendering control window, uncheck the "Use 3D 
Texture" and see if the display appears.  If so, you might try updating the 
graphics driver for your video card to see if the default will work then.
