[IDV #LPR-166145]: IDV - Model Reflectivity

The problem is that the radar variables are not defined in the table that
the IDV uses.  I'm going to switch this question over to the decoder group
so they can update the table.  When I get a new table, I'll give you 
instructions
on using that with the IDV.
