[IDV #WXU-203618]: IDV - aggregated grid files error

Even the new version of the IDV will not handle on the fly aggregation
for these files due to their format.   The automatic aggregation only
really works for GRIB files where Time is name of the Time dimension.

For these LAPS files, the record dimension is what you want to join
on since that's a proxy for time.  I'm going to refile this to our
netCDF support group to see if there is a way of manually creating an
NcML file that would aggregate something with a structure like your LAPS
grids.
