[IDV #HDC-925161]: IDV - Problems with Archive III N2V data

This was a bug in the code and will be fixed in the 2.0 release. 
Thanks for finding this.  It's the same issue for the N2V.  All
N*V products should load now.

The IDV Level III code only reads the radial products at present.
That's why the VAD winds don't display any choices.  I'll get
back to you with a list of the products we do handle and also
update the User's Guide and FAQ with that information for the 2.0
release.
