[IDV #PUJ-510012]: IDV - Failure to load DEM files

Thanks for the sample file.  This is a bug in the IDV's DEM reading code.
I'll try to get a fix in for the next release.

I'm cc'ing Stu Wier who supports the GEON-IDV for his information.
