Sorry for not getting back to you.

We've added in your grib tables for the next release.  Unfortunately,
it's not just as easy as updating the tables because it is not just
the parameter table, it these use special levels which meant a code
change. 

Also, can you confirm that these are thinned grids?  We don't yet
handle that with the direct GRIB reading.

So, unlike my rosy scenario of earlier, it looks like we may not
be able to read this format of GRIB.  If they are not thinned grids,
I will follow up with our programmer who works on the grib decoder.
