20030409: On PC-Linux... IDV-Omni works (for the 1st time) -- To Don Murray from John McCormick

I've tried the Omni control here on windows and Linux and it works
fine.  What type of data are you using (grids or metar or ....)?
Also, what type of graphics card do you have on your windows machine?
Is the driver up to date?  Sometimes old drivers can cause weird
problems with Java 3D.
