20010829: Clear Air flag for gdradr

Daryl,

I have a working version of gdradr that will allow you to specify which
radar modes to include in the composite. In order to obtain the value
from the routine that reads the nexrad image header, the common block
size is changed, which will require a complete recompile of GEMPAK.

If you are using a binary distribution, I can just post the gdradr
executable and pdf/hlp/err files for you.

Otherwise, if you are building from source, I will
have to put together a source code patch for you to download.

Let me know which way you want to go.
