We do not maintain a long term data archive, we provide what we refer
to as a short term "rolling" archive.

No.  Long term archives of data are available elsewhere (e.g.,
National Centers for Environmental Information (NCEI))

We suggest first searching the NCEI archives for the data you are
looking for.  If you do not find what you want there (which would
be unusual), you could subscribe to the address@hidden
email list that we maintain and post a request there to see if
any community members have the data you are looking for.
