[Datastream #YYJ-526307]: ecmwf and gme data

Since ECMWF model data is generally restricted (there is some in
the U.S. NOAAPort Satellite Broadcast, but not much), you will need
to contact them directly.

I am not sure of the best place to get GME data.  Your best bet
is to do some Google (tm) searches.
