July 18, 2006 (1200L 7/18) through 0000 UTC (8 PM EDT 7/20) Friday July
21, 2006.
A REGIONAL CRITICAL WEATHER DAY DECLARATION HAS BEEN
ISSUED AFFECTING EASTERN REGION...NCEP..TOC..NCF.. TO RUN
FROM 1600Z TODAY UNTIL 21/0000Z..DUE TO TROPICAL CONCERNS
IMPACTING THE CAROLINAS IN THE NEXT 36HRS. TD #2 IS
EXPECTED TO BECOME TS BERYL DURING THIS PERIOD.
