The NWS doesn't send the levels above 100mb on NOAAPORT for the global
GFS and UKMET grids (eg the source of the HDS data feed).
However, the NOGAPS model data (NOGAPS/FNMOC feed) and GFS (via CONDUIT)
contain levels of 70, 50, 30, 20, 10 mb.
