Meteosat data coming in again

 Eumetsat reports that the dissemination of Meteosat-7 and Meteosat-5
data resumed at 2300UTC, but they did not say the exact cause of the
outage.    We received a blank 2200UTC MET-7 image,  but the 2300UTC
images from both birds look fine.

No Meteosat-7 or Meteosat-5 data has been received since the 1730UTC and
1800UTC images respectively.   Other receiving sites are seeing the same
data outage.  The cause of the problem is not known at this time.
