Carlos,

You can go ahead and set up you CONDUIT feed from idd.unidata.ucar.edu.
I suggest you go ahead and contact your upstream to see if
they can feed you CONDUIT so that you have an alternate site
in the advent of downtime make idd.unidata.ucar.edu unavailable.
