[AWIPS #OMD-900995]: EDEX Issues

The cloud instance (Jetstream2) that hosts our EDEX has been having 
intermittent issues throughout the weekend, causing issues with our EDEX. We 
believe the issues have been resolved now, but let us know if you continue to 
experience any issues.
