[AWIPS #IZH-759185]: Adding Models Requiring Attribution

Hi Ryan,

That authentication screen is not something we use with our version of CAVE, so 
I am
not familiar with how it works.  Could you tell me how you modify it? Or if 
you're 
making changes to some other configuration file on the EDEX side?

You have your users just use our version of CAVE, correct?  You don't modify 
and 
repackage CAVE installations?
